Our first stop in NYC, MOMA.

Friday night, NYC, wonderful museum, bright lights reflected in the panes of glass buildings. This  fabulous museum challenges us to see things in new ways.   We are drawn there to see the pieces it is known for, but find unexpected treasures along the way.

What I didn't expect was the crowd of people who were gathering at the entrance. Friday nights the museum is open to the public.  Free.  Wow, open to everyone.  A world class museum open for everyone.  I'm impressed.

Even the building itself offers a visual challenge.  I love the stairway seen through a window, and the garden space. Then, what better way to wrap up an evening of art with New Yorkers - than to have a dog on the street!
